Girl Scouts visiting a Karate School

This year the girls from our Daisy troop went to a Karate School to learn and earn their courage patch.  Each Daisy had to break a board with just their hands.  Lexi did an amazing job and she was extremely proud once she broke it. Way to go Alexis!!

Road Trip!!

My Dad and I took a road trip to Oregon with the kids to go see my grandfather, Chuck.  My children had not met my Grandpa until now.  It was a blessing that we could have us all under one roof!!   He had so much fun driving and building priceless memories together.  On the way home it was snowing and we just had to stop and have a snowball fight!!  Here are a few pictures of our trip.

Teeth dropping like flys

Alexis is losing teeth left and right.  Just after turning 5 she lost her bottom two teeth and now just before her 6 birthday she lost both her top two teeth.  This year the Tooth Fairy left money with glitter all over it.  She was very excited and she cannot wait to lose more teeth.  Watch out Tooth Fairy, Lexi is going to start pulling her teeth out! 

Way To Go Gavin

Gavin has been practicing how to spell his own name.  So at the top of the paper, I wrote his name and told him to copy it...and this is how he did!! Way to go Gavin!!
