Thanksgiving 2009

Wow, it's Thanksgiving Day already and there are so many things we are Thankful for. So we packed up and drove to Cheryl and Tom's for dinner. It couldn't have been a more perfect day; the weather was beautiful and the turkey was flavorful. All the kids were having a ball running around their park-like backyard. We are so Thankful for our family!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Last weekend we drove to Pleasanton for Summer's first birthday at Round Table Pizza....YUMMY!! She dove into her birthday cake, not missing a piece!! I think she liked it more than her gifts. Happy Birthday Summer!!

Trick or Treat 2009

Last night Grandpa Tom and Grandma Cheryl came up to watch Tinker Bell and Dr. McDreamy go house to house for candy. Dr. McDreamy didn't really understand what he was doing on, but he sure had fun following Tinker Bell! The kids were so excited and it was fun to see them smile over candy!!

Playgroup Halloween Party

Last night we had our annual Halloween Party, but this year we had it in the evening so all the Dads could also attend. It was so much fun to see all the kids dressed up in their costumes. The best costume award went to Cole once again for an amazing costume....Michael Jackson. Last year he also had best costume as Michael Phelps. I see a pattern forming, Cole only dresses as guys named "Michael." Hehehehe!! We all cannot wait to see what he is next year.

We even attempted to take a group picture of all the kids. Our group has grown so much in size, that I think we are close to 40 kids. I know we will reach that number with many of our mommies having their third.

Carving out our Jack O'lanterns

Last night we all carved out our pumpkins and made one of a kind Jack O'lanterns! Lexi didn't like how the seeds and guts felt but she did a great job helping. She drew a face on her pumpkin and Chris carved it out for her. Chris and I used a template so our pumpkins didn't look too silly. All in all, they turned out great and we had a blast carving them!

On Saturday we drove to Shannon's house to celebrate Baby Jorge!! It was wonderful to see everyone and catch up!! Kelli and Steve received some great items that will really come in handy when their baby girls arrives in December. We are so happy for you both!! You will make great parents!!
